Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions e-Commerce for Windows requires five pieces to function:

1. Version 5.1 of Reporting to the MAX Accounting for Windows.

2. Reporting to the MAX e-Commerce for Windows (this is on the Add-Ons CD).

3. A secure web site from Edge Technologies, the creators of Account Wizard.

4. Account Wizard driver for Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions products. (This is a piece of software specifically written for our products to enable Reporting to the MAX to communicate with Account Wizard.)

5. Account Wizard Data Agent. (This is a piece of software that runs on the customer's computer.)

When customers order e-Commerce for Windows from us, they are shipped the 5.1 version of our product as well as the Add-On CD with e-Commerce for Windows. (If they haven't purchased version 5.0 yet, they will have to pay for the upgrade as well as e-Commerce.) The e-Commerce for Windows manual provides simple instructions for enabling e-Commerce in their version 5.1 Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions.

The end of the installation of e-Commerce for Windows will offer the user the option to go directly to www.cmstothemax.com/ecom. This location on the Reporting to the MAX Website will give them some information about our relationship with Account Wizard and provide a link to Account Wizard's secure Website for sign up with them. At this time, the Administrator name and password for the Website will be assigned. After completing the sign-up steps, they should sign off and wait for Account Wizard to send them an eMail with further instructions (about 10-15 minutes).

The eMail Account Wizard will provide the instructions for opening the new Website assigned to them and downloading the Account Wizard Driver and Data Agent.

On the left side bar are several options to choose from under four different headings. The last choice is the Control Panel option under the Administration heading. The customer selects Control Panel to proceed with downloading, installing, and setting up Account Wizard.

The first page under Control Panel provides some introductory information and then instructs the customer to choose Login to continue with their setup . The customer must put in their Administrator name and password to be admitted to the Administrator page.

On the left side bar of the Administrator page are numerous options under five headings. The third heading is General Information and the fourth option under General Information is Data Agent. The customer should click on the Data Agent option to proceed with downloading and setting up Account Wizard.

At the top of the Data Agent page are five tabs. The second tab is Installation Manual. By clicking on Installation Manual, the customer can access options to download and print the installation manual for Account Wizard. This installation manual provides complete, easy-to follow instructions for downloading and setting up the Data Agent and driver, and configuring the Data Agent for the customer's requirements.

If the customer has difficulty completing any of the instructions in the Installation Manual. Account Wizard Technical Support is available Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Call (702) 341-7236.
