generates an error stating: an error caused an access
violation in cmsvers.exe This error occurs when attempting

This error occurs when installing on a computer with XP
professional, however, it may occur on other operating
systems.
Resolution
- During the installation a prompt will appear asking
if you would like to install the users guide. Click No
- When the error appears, click cancel and the
installation will continue.
