Cause
This happens when XP Pro Service Pack 2 is loaded
Solution
Find a AUTOEXEC.NT file from another system,
Change the attribute to Read Only (Right click on
AUTOEXEC.NT and check the Read Only check box near the
bottom
Copy it to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
