Some Norton programs have a protected recycle bin property. When
this is enabled, Norton saves every deleted file. The allotted
memory for the Recycle Bin eventually reaches its maximum size.
When that size is reached, the files start turning into folders.
Resolution
To resolve this problem it is necessary to disable this
feature. You will also need to empty the Recycle Bin.
