Question:
Why aren't my FedEx charges getting updated in Reporting to the MAX?
Answer:
If you notice that the FedEx charges are not being returned to
the original invoice, it may be related to the mapping you've
set up based on the "Matching the FedEx Export fields to Cougar
Mountain" section in the CMSHip for FedEx user's guide. In the
FedEx Ship Manager Integration Assistant export mapping, un-map
the Gross Charge (List Rate) field and map the Gross Charge
(Customer Rates) field to the TOT_CHRGS field.
