Question:
Non-inventory items do not show up in the Sales History Report
lookup.
Answer:
Problem When running a
sales history report in order entry, there is not a
non-inventory lookup option available.
Cause The software does
not have a feature that allows you to look up non-inventory
codes for the Order Entry Sales History report
Resolution Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions will allow you to enter non-inventory codes in the
lookup menu.
To select non-inventory items in the OE Sales Report History
lookup screen:
1. Click on reports, sales history in order entry.
2. Select a date range and report type.
3. From the drop down menu under include select stock
number/code.
4. Type the non inventory codes into the starting and ending
fields.
