Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions Tech Tip

Question:
A  Pure Virtual Function  error occurs when printing reports.

 

Answer:
The error is caused by a printer error coming from the HP model printer.

Resolution

Note that the pure virtual function call has a heading of hp.drv which is an HP printer driver file. Therefore, this is a HP error and not an error in Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions. Contact HP technical support for assistance resolving this error.
