Question:
 
The message Cannot Find Printer appears when printing the Point of Sale edit report. The edit report will print from the work station, but not the server.


Answer:

Change the printer driver on the sever.

To add a new printer:

1. Click on Start - Settings and Printers.
2. Then click on add printer and follow the wizard, only if this is a new printer to be installed.

To change the printer driver:

1. Click on Start - Settings and Printers.
2. Right Click on your printer and select properties.
3. Then change the driver to one that is compatible with your model of printer.
