Answer: This happens when the Auto-Fill Enabled box is checked in the systems settings.
1. Open up Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions. 2. Highlight the company and click view/modify. 3. Click on the system settings tab. 4. Uncheck the Auto-Fill Enabled box.
