In Accounts Receivable Options there is a place to insert a name
reversal character. Usually a comma. (eg. Smith, John) I've got this
set but my names in Point of Sale still come out wrong. Smith, John
instead of John Smith.  Any one else have this happen?  I've removed
the comma and reinstalled it to no avail.

I ended up calling CMS. For some reasons commas won't work any
more. They suggested using a slash. / I had to go in and change each
customer # one at a time. Now they're correct on mailing lables but
they still print wrong on POS invoices. (Smith/John) Hopefully CMS
will fix that with a download.
