My Register is out of Balance, How can I Balance it?
Answer:
Make a Backup
When the balance register screen shows an out of balance
register, go into Point of Sales and do the following:
- Sales
- Repair Register Utility
- Select register to rebuild
- Check Auto fix files on detection of error
- Choose Save output to Log File
- Start Validation to start the repair
