How do I prompt my clerks with reminders while ringing up sales in OE and POS?

Answer:
To set up a prompt in POS and OE Sales Entry Screen for the Clerk.

• Open up Inventory
• Go into Stock > Stock Item Maintenance
• Then find the item you want to have the clerk prompted on
• Click on the Extended Description Tab > Click the Edit button
• Enter what you want prompted in the text box
• Select prompt in the appropriate module
• Save
