Job Cost

When we initially began developing all of our products in the Windows platform, Job Cost® required the most changes in order to be brought up to the same level as the rest of the modules. Therefore, we decided to wait and release it as the last add-on in our Windows® product line. We are now pleased to announce the release of the new and more powerful Job Cost® for Windows® add-on!

Add On-the-Fly
Add phases, cost codes, and jobs on-the-fly from several locations throughout the software. This allows for flowing data entry and quick setup.

New Transaction Screens
Enter cost activity to all cost codes from one central entry screen. In DOS for example, you had to access several different screens to enter activities for material costs or process costs.

Automated Transfers
You have the ability to transfer costs from one job to another without manually reversing and reentering the costs on the jobs affected.

Reversal to Accounts Payable
You can reverse a cost activity that came from a vendor back onto that vendor's account with one easy reversal transaction.

Additional Report Sorting/Filtering Tools
Have the ability to run reports for specific cost codes, phases or even types of cost codes.
