Cause:
Every Quarter this report needs to be recalculated to give the correct number on line 17 or on the schedule B.

Solution:
To recalculate the 941 these steps need to be followed:
1. Select reports > 941(employers quarterly report)
2. Make sure the correct quarter is displayed. If it needs to be changed use the left and right arrow keys, located under the print key.
3. Make sure all fields on the screen are filled out.
4. Click save.
5. Now click recalculate. This is located under the help button on the right hand side.
