With Reporting to the MAX’s new GL Report Generator for Windows, you can create customized reports, and even import your GL Report Generator reports from ACTPlus Accounting and FUND Accounting Packages! You can include user-specified ranges of accounts, and even have them grow with you as your Chart of Accounts expands. Build user-defined Accumulators to calculate on any account, whether you’re looking to compare budgeted amounts to actual, or comparing between periods. With the built-in Scheduler, you can run any or all of your reports after a user-specified time delay, so they can be run at night and your Reporting to the MAX Accounting for Windows or FUND Accounting for Windows doesn’t even have to be open for them to print! This will enhance the security of your system since you won’t have to leave the package open to whoever may be in the office overnight. Set user-specific Security Options including importing, editing, and running reports so you define who has access to your sensitive GL data. What’s more, all this can be done with easy-to-use Windows point-and-click functionality. You’ll have the same font alignment options you’re used to in other Windows applications, as well as cut/copy/paste abilities for each command and portrait, condensed, or landscape orientation for each report.
