Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions Module:  AR - Accounts Receivable

Question:
 

When we try to run the AR module we get an error message that 2 files are missing ie 201AT____.dbf and 201AL____.dbf.  Is there any way to recover these files?

 

What's Probably Occurred:

What Needs to Happen:

The files need to be found or re-created

 

Probable Solutions:

1> Since these are seldom used transaction files, Uninstalling the module and Re-installing the module will create new empty files for these.  

Go to into Cougar Mtn and select your company code (put in username and password if needed)

Go to Company> Install Modules> Single click on Accounts Receivable and then on Uninstall
Click on Install and then Single click on the Accounts Receivable Module and then on Install
If you get a messages that files already existed and you should re-index the files, you can do so but it probably not needed.

2> Force a Win-to-Win conversion on that company code
