For Reporting to the MAX DOS products, if you are receiving out of range or greater than
maximum errors, it could be one of three possibilities. 1)Corrupt fiscal Calendar, check
to make sure all dates in your fiscal calendar are appropriate and in the current order.
If not, create a new company and new fiscal calendar. Delete your old sysprofd.xxx
(xxx=company code). Then copy all your company files to the new company code. copy *.old
*.new. 2. Regional Settings if running through Windows 95 or 98 may be set incorrectly. To
check - go to Start, Settings, Control Panel. Find the Regional Settings Icon. Under Date,
check the short date format to make sure it is set to MM/DD/YYYY. Apply and exit. 3. In
Data Query and GL Report Generator in DOS versions 11 and 12, you could have an error in
the product. Free downloads have been placed on the main home page to correct these 2000
date related issues. If you are using the Windows product any version earlier than 4.5C
and own Bank Reconciliation, there is 1 date related report error. Customers with versions
older than 4.5 and Bank Rec Windows are qualified for 1/2 price on their upgrade to 4.5.
Customers with 4.5c and older versions experiencing Date Related Errors should check their
regional settings as mentioned above. For customers on versions 4.5a to 4.5b, they may
download a free upgrade to correct the Bank Rec issue. If you have any additional
questions please don't hesitate to contact your Account Executive or Technical Support.
