Resolution
Verify that on the status bar (second section) in PC Charge Pro there is a merchant number and that it is the same as the number in the merchant setup inside Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions.

To check the merchant number in PC Charge Pro, follow the steps below.
1. Open PC Charge Pro.
2. Look at the second gray section at the bottom and that will tell you your merchant number.

2. Click on options, then click on Set up Merchant information.
