Export Reports to a CSV File

This feature is a direct result from a custom modification and continual requests from Cougar customers— easily export report data to a CSV file that can be viewed in Microsoft® Excel or any spreadsheet that can open a CSV file. Now a user can more easily analyze certain reports by creating graphs, or import into other systems. This feature is included with the following reports:

• Accounts Payable: Aging (single line & condensed), Master Vendor, Cash Requirements (detailed & summary)
• Accounts Receivable: Customer Master, Aged Analysis (detailed)
• Bank Reconciliation: Bank Register (single line)
• General Ledger: Audit Trail (single line), Budget Performance, Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance
• Inventory: Master Stock
• Job Cost: Billing History (detailed & summary), Sales by Salesperson (detailed), Profit Margin (detailed)
• Order Entry: Sales History (detailed & summary), Sales by Salesperson (detailed), Price Variance, Profit Margin (detailed)
• Payroll: Master Employee, Employment History (condensed)
• Point of Sale: Sales History (detailed and summary), Sales by Salesperson (detailed), Price Variance, Profit Margin (detailed)
• Purchase Order: Open Purchase Order (detailed & summary)
