OS System Error for the Reporting to the MAX

If you are experiencing invalid date errors, it could be due to the set up in your operating system and may have nothing to do with Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions.

The system date is critical to the operation of DOS or Windows versions of any software. Due to the high volume of calls at Reporting to the MAX during the first quarter of the year, we recommend you take the following steps prior to calling the technical support line.

(1) On your computer, select the start button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen. Then select settings and control panel. Select regional settings and click on the date tab; the short date style (in the middle of the window) should be MM/DD/YYYY. If your date is not in this format, please make this change.

(2) Download the appropriate Service Pack(s) for your operating system and Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions.

(3) If you are using a Windows version prior to 4.5, please contact your Account Executive at 800-388-3038 immediately for upgrade information.
