Training
Reporting to the MAX offers a variety of training options for all packages and modules. On-site training at the customer's place of business, on-campus training at Reporting to the MAX headquarters in Boise, ID, and online training options provide comprehensive software training. These training programs are designed to educate accounting and business professionals on the skills needed to optimize productivity and maximize their software solution investment.
Customer Support
Reporting to the MAX provides customer support services through its well-trained technical support team to answer any questions that arise while using Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions. Reporting to the MAX's technical support specialists are available for assistance from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Customers may secure technical support with the purchase of an annual customer support agreement, based on the level of service needed. We have also introduced Software Assurance, a program that offers automatic product upgrades, automatic product updates, discounted technical support packages and discounted training services, plus access to extensive information on the Reporting to the MAX Customer Service Center.
