Cougar U training is a comprehensive software training program designed to educate accounting and business professionals on the skills needed to optimize Cougar Mountain software productivity and maximize their software solution investment. Cougar U training consists of three days of hands-on training at Cougar Mountain's training facility in Boise, Idaho.

Cougar Mountain Software provides technical support services through its well-trained technical support team to answer any questions that may arise while using Cougar Mountain Software. Cougar Mountain's technical support specialists are available for assistance from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).Customers may secure technical support on a per-incident basis or have the option to purchase an Annual Technical Support Agreement, based on the level of service needed.
