Software Utility Billing is a time saving add-on to the Reporting to the MAX Accounting® solution. Utility Billing collects billing information for public utilities such as water, sewer, and gas. When billings and other related transactions have been entered into the utility billing package, an export file of Journal Entries is created and passed to the General Ledger. The solution synchronizes the financial reporting between the two modules.
