Bill Curling, President of Accounting Systems and
Support, is no stranger to the dynamic environment
of the accounting industry. Based out of North Carolina
and Virginia, Accounting Systems and Support offers
a full line package solution for accounting software
through Reporting to the MAX's FUND© and POS©
packages. As one of Reporting to the MAX's Business Partners,
Curling, along with his partner Mike Lowe, implement
and support Reporting to the MAX within their
400+ customer base.
"As a Business Partner we are able to assess
the accounting software needs of our customers directly,"
Curling explains. "If the customer is open-minded
about the accounting solutions their business needs,
we are able to work with them and implement a customized
software package that fits their business to a tee."
Curling explains Reporting to the MAX is so versatile
and easy to use he's able to adapt it in virtually
any customer's business environment.
Curling goes on to mention the key features that
make the implementation of Reporting to the MAX
so effortless is the functionality and ease of use
of the packaged programs. "When I go from one
module to the other, I don't have to reinvent the
wheel. The instruction for the customer is smooth,
intuitive, and the product lends itself to being learned
easily."
Aside from the product being so functional and easy
to use, Curling also relates his relationship with
the Reporting to the MAX professionals to that of a partnership.
"Being involved as a Business Partner means understanding
the team effort; everyone involved needs to view their
relationship in this way. When you lose sight of this
partnership with the Reporting to the MAX sales team, it
doesn't make any difference how much sales equipment
you have available, pamphlets, fliers, whatever -
the business relationship won't survive without that
team unity."
Curling feels privileged to work with the multitude
of business professionals he has received support
from in his time with Reporting to the MAX: technical
support, product development support, administrative
support, and most important - sales support. Curling
shared a story about his Business Partner sales support
rep Kristine Terrell saying, "Kristine went above
and beyond the call of duty when she assisted me in
my sales effort by personally driving a package down
to FedEx after hours so that my customer would have
it first thing the next morning. Now, I challenge
companies to provide that level of service for their
Business Partners!" Again, Curling references
the strong team effort that he has developed with
his Reporting to the MAX counterparts.
"I have been and always will remain a Cougar
Mountain Software advocate," said Curling. Through
the support of our Sales Team, and through the information
provided at the Annual Business Partner Conference,
Curling sees his relationship with Reporting to the MAX
as one that adds value to his customer base. "Everything
Reporting to the MAX provides from the training, to the
conference, to even a business support call - I know
I'm getting the information I can in turn teach to
my customers."
