Overview
This enhancement adds new customers to UPS
Worldship and updates the shipping and tracking information from the
Fedex
computer back to Reporting to the MAX.
Software
 PowerShip Shipping Integration
This enhancement will save you time and money! All shipping information is sent directly
from Reporting to the MAX’s Order Entry to PowerShip in order to eliminate any re-keying of data.
Once the order is shipped from FedEx it updates the cougar order with the shipping values.
We have also added a new tab in the Cougar customer record called “Shipping” that maintains
the invoice number, invoice amount, date, number of packages, tracking number. This
enhancement is a must–have for any company shipping with FedEx.
Here's how it works:

This enhancement adds a menu item to the Order Entry
Enter Sales Screens that updates new customers addresses to the UPS
Worldship database

The module preferences screen is modified to add the
ability to import the freight cost to the invoice or not.

The Customer Maintenance screen is modified to add a
link to the UPS website with the tracking number embedded so shipping
tracing is easy

UPS Worldship is reconfigured to drop a file daily
with the invoice number, customer number, tracking number and freight
cost
