" Thank you for
the time and effort your company has invested in getting us what we want out of your
product. You have been exceptionally helpful and honest with everything you have done for
us. In addition, Kim in Programming is a very helpful individual. Whenever we had a
problem, she was very helpful in getting it resolved.

Reporting to the MAX including Point of Sale and Non-profit Versions response
time is really great. Some companies you call take days to return calls and then even more
time to get problems resolved. But you call back and solve the problem in 1-2 hours.
Our group learned how to use the Point of Sale software easily - within a couple of
hours. The feature in the software that I really like is the ability to print the reports
to the screen or printer with any report. This integration with the credit card verifier
and the bar coding software package is also a plus.
The security features in this system are exceptional. I like they way you can let
someone only do so much in the system. We didn't buy the report writer when we bought the
package originally but we felt that we wanted some reports changed. We purchased it later
and it has done everything that we had anticipated it to do."

". . . A good
point-of sale module must be especially well-designed, since its operator will often be
surrounded by customers and in a hurry to complete tasks. Detailed, accurate communication
with the inventory module is critical, as is effective security. Reporting to the MAX does an
admirable job with these tasks . . ."

"
For three years, the managers of the Guam Community College Bookstore have been looking
for a comprehensive point of sale system that would also provide financial information on
the Bookstore as well as detailed resale inventory support. The Reporting to the MAX POS system
is the only affordable, useable system that we have identified that is able to meet all of
the Guam Communnity College Bookstore needs. We are pleased with the speed with which we
have been able to get the system up and running.
The distance from Chicago to Hawaii is shorter than the distance from Hawaii to Guam
and Guam is nearly 15 hours ahead of the Eastern Standard Time zone. It was also important
to us to be able to get a system that had solid vendor support processes that meet our
unique needs."
