1999 Business Partners Annual Conference!
Thanks for the call about the 1999 Business Partner Annual Conference! I can't believe
we're half-way between the 1998 and 1999 meetings. Our first conference was so good that I
can hardly wait.
Okay, okay - so what was "so good"? Well, for starters, I was able to attach
faces to names and voices - for both staff and other ATC's. I got to see a few old friends
from other training sessions. And all the information tossed at us was wonderful. We were
prodded (get over it!), supported (how can we at CMS help you be a better ATC), encouraged
(Cougar Bucks were a swell incentive), and informed (with future release ideas,
professional marketing/selling/support thoughts).
In short, you gave us some tools to use. Whether we focus on birdhouses or mansions was
left up to us.
You mentioned that we will need less time away from work because of the Saturday
session, and that we will get a lot more actual product training. Both great helps to me
as an owner of a very small business. I appreciate having my needs heard. I don't need to
have my way but I do need to be heard, something you and others are very good at.
So again, thanks for the call. I think our 1999 Conference will be just like our
software - very high value at a very fair price.

The Information Advantage
December 10, 1998
Denver Conference, June 1998
The Denver BP Conference was very beneficial as well as informative & fun. Everyone
enjoyed raking David over the coals with the 12.0 release, and gaining some insight as to
the future of Reporting to the MAX. Since this is the only software I sell and support, I
needed some reassurance as to the direction, longevity and commitment from Reporting to the MAX
to continue to provide a great accounting package.
Just meeting the other Business Partners & putting faces with names helps in our
communications and problems as well as solutions.
In networking with the other BP's you gain knowledge and solutions to operating
procedures being used by others to make the software even more user friendly.
The marketing aspects were very beneficial and some have been implemented.
Looking forward to the Las Vagas Conference. I know Reporting to the MAX will put together a
great conference with new ideas and solutions for the future.
