Congratulations on making the decision to learn more.
We meet in South Boulder at 7:30am. The meetings start
promptly on time and run for 1 hour.
Membership dues are currently at $25 per month, paid
quarterly. There is no initiation fee at this time although
that is expected to change as the group grows.
For meeting location, you will need to contact the
recruiting coordinator. We work hard to make sure that we
only have one guest per business classification visit us at
a time.
Now, how do you start the process of becoming a member?
- You contact the recruiting coordinator by email or
phone. (Currently, this is Jack Bergstrom) Click

- If the group has an opening for someone in your
field, then the group will start the process of learning
more about you. (We only allow one of each business type
to be in the Leads Group.) If we already have someone in
your field, then you will be given the opportunity to
join our waiting list.
- Then we will contact you and invite you to visit the
group. Here you will get the chance to ask questions,
experience the training and meet the other members. If
you are interested in visiting again and the group would
like you to return, we will arrange another visit for
you.
- At your next visit, you will be asked to give a
short presentation about yourself and your business.
This gives the group a chance to learn a bit more about
you.
- If we are still mutually interested in each other
after these 2 meetings, then 2 members of the group will
arrange to meet with you and answer questions.
- One meeting per month of Boulder Business by
Referral is a meeting closed to guests. At these closed
meetings, one of the things that we do is vote on the
membership applications of interested visitors.
- If you are voted in, you will be contacted,
congratulated and a mentor immediately assigned to you.
This mentor is there to help you become a integral part
of the group as quickly as possible.
This may seem like an involved process and at some level, it
is. There are solid reasons for this. Should you become a
member, the group will be investing considerable energy into
you and your business. You will be investing considerable
energy back into the group. It is important that you and the
group understand each other well before beginning this
process of creating deep mutually beneficial referral
relationships.
