This a service whereby all workers connect through the internet to a commercial Application Service Provider from anywhere in the world.   They maintain the network, they handle the Microsoft security patches,  They handle the backups, virus software updates, spyware updates, etc.  Each user is a assigned a login name and password.    Included is free technical support on any hardware issues.

Whether the boss wants to work from home or any/all of the employees.    In the situation of a remote sales operation, it is possible to deny them access to anything except data that is placed on their personal drive letter.  The cost of this service is $199/month for up to 4 users

Transferring Cougar Mountain Data
to Microsoft Excel

CMS₂Excel_tm (Basic version: $199  -- Special $149 if purchased by 2/16/2007)

The basic product is comprised of 2 programs to get Reporting to the MAX reports into Excel. This is comprised of a program that converts Cougar's output to a PDF file. A second program, converts the PDF output to an Excel file including a parsing routine that empowers the user with the ability to adjust columns precisely. Included in this package is Reporting to the MAX specific documentation and 90 days of technical support.

This suite will work with all windows versions of Reporting to the MAX and does not need to be upgraded when a new version of CMS is installed.

The cost of this suite of products is $199 ($149 if purchased before 02/16/2007).

Emailing of Invoices, Purchase Orders, Customer Statements and reports

This product is allows you to convert your CMS output directly to PDF and email it or store on the hard disk.   So you can email invoices, customer statements, purchase orders and more.   You can save your batch edit reports and postings to the hard disk so that they can be reprinted and eliminate the need to file them.
