One of the problems with email documents is that you never know how they will be viewed on another’s computer. If they do not have the same program, they cannot be viewed at all. However, PDF Files change that. They can be read on just about every computer in the world. PDF files always display correctly on the reader's computer because fonts, graphics, and special characters are all embedded into the original PDF file. The PDF Reader is free so you can confidently send your document to anyone you choose.

 

1. To create a PDF document simply choose Print from your application and choose  PDFCreator (or whatever printer name you chose during installation) and click “OK”.

 

  

 

 

2. Enter any file information you want to save and then choose “eMail”.

 

 

3. A dialog box will then appear to have you choose where you would like to save the file.  Once you choose where to save the file, a blank email message will appear with your file as an attachment.
