This a service whereby all workers connect through the internet to a commercial Application Service Provider from anywhere in the world.   They maintain the network, they handle the Microsoft security patches,  They handle the backups, virus software updates, spyware updates, etc.  Each user is a assigned a login name and password.    Included is free technical support on any hardware issues.

Whether the boss wants to work from home or any/all of the employees.    In the situation of a remote sales operation, it is possible to deny them access to anything except data that is placed on their personal drive letter.  The cost of this service is $199/month for up to 20 users
